Artisan Wines reserves the right to accept or reject your offer for any reason, including, but without limitation, the unavailability of any product, an error in the price or the product description posted on this website, an error in your order or a failure in your payment. If we cannot accept or process your order after payment is received we will contact you either by email or telephone. Your ability to purchase products and services from this the website may be terminated at any time by Harkham Wines without notice. The products and services offered for sale are only available to individuals who can make legally binding contracts.
CONDITIONS OF ORDERING GOODS
Harkham Wines supports the Responsible Service of Alcohol. New South Wales: Liquor Act 2007. It is against the law to sell or supply alcohol to, or to obtain alcohol on behalf of, a person under the age of 18 years. Victoria: WARNING: Victoria Liquor Control Reform Act 1998: It is an offence to supply alcohol to a person under the age of 18 years (Penalty exceeds $17,000), for a person under the age of 18 years to purchase or receive liquor (Penalty exceeds $700). Western Australia: WARNING. Under the Liquor Control Act 1988, it is an offence: to sell or supply liquor to a person under the age of 18 years on licensed or regulated premises; or for a person under the age of 18 years to purchase, or attempt to purchase, liquor on licensed or regulated premises. South Australia: Liquor Licensing Act 1997, Section 113. Liquor must NOT be supplied to persons under 18. Queensland: Under the Liquor Act 1992, it is an offence to supply liquor to a person under the age of 18 years.
CUSTOMER SERVICE POLICY
Harkham Wines is committed to excellent customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all wines listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery time frames are between 3-10 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item or a full refund.
ORDER NOTIFICATION
An email notification will be sent to you, listing the item(s) ordered, the total product and shipping charges and delivery address upon receiving your order.
DELIVERIES
You may order any mix of products you wish. (Unit prices apply when selecting your own mixed dozen of wine)
Any deliveries requiring redelivery, or a redirection from an address provided by yourself to a new address provided by the recipient, will incur an additional charge.
Harkham Wines reserve the right to request further information such as photo ID and credit card information for validation of age, identity and address for security and delivery purposes. Failure to comply with requests for further information may result in cancellation of the order in question.
PRICING POLICY
Transactions via the Harkham Wines online store are carried out in Australian dollars ($AUD) and processed through an online banking system.
DELIVERY COSTS
Delivery costs vary depending on your location. Please refer to Freight Charges page for more information. We only deliver within Australia.
REFUND AND RETURNS
Harkham Wines will endeavour to resolve any issues in regards to Refunds, with either replacement of bottles or with a 100% money back guarantee. In certain exceptional circumstances, we will reserve the right to not accept returns or offer refunds. This will be at our discretion. Freight charges may apply on returned items.
